“I contacted PWCR in relation to a link extension between the house and garage. Geoff Cole arrived promptly, discussed with me the options and outlined the practice's terms. In short order I was provided with an outline drawing, followed thereafter by a visit from a draughtsman who took all the measurements needed for the full architectural drawings. Planning consent was needed, so the practice submitted the appropriate application and drawings. “Lee and his team did a great job building a two storey extension on our house. The location is challenging because we are in the middle of a terrace and our garden is only accessible through the house, but everyone worked around this without damaging the rest of the property. The builders also spotted a problem with the plans while laying the foundations and worked out how to rectify this straight away, which definitely avoided costly delays. The extension is professionally finished and looks great. During the work the budget spreadsheet was very helpful as this meant we could keep track of spending each week, see how much we still had to pay, and see the effect of any changes to the overall cost.
