Their familiarity with the permitting process and the role a contractor has with the building department is truly invaluable. The quality, craftsmanship and especially communication is top notch. “I wanted to thank American Home Improvement, and specifically for Jack Mair for his help and professional recently. I have been looking diligently for a good contractor for my bathroom remodel and it's been quite the learning journey. AHI was one company I called and Jack came out. He shared with me the costs and his experiences. Before he left he said "feel free to reach out even if I didn't choose AHI and that he was willing to help me answer any questions I had as he wanted me to make a good decision that met my need." I actually sensed his sincerity and professionalism. I was close to choosing another company and I called Jack and asked some important questions around cost/scope. Knowing that AHI was not getting the job he still advised me so that I good make some good decisions. I was so refreshed that he actually care about helping me meet my need. It left the best impression of him and his company. Based on this experience I would feel very comfortable calling them back for future opportunities and/or referrals for someone else.
