“Karen at Rivertowns Staging has a true talent for transforming space with a minimal budget. She has a brilliant sense of design, color and space and works very quickly. Her business is very buttoned up and she offers you many options at different price points to help sell your home quickly and for the highest price. Rivertowns Staging brought out the best in our home and helped make the whole process of preparing it for sale easier and even fun! The decor was out of date and we'd gathered a lifetime of clutter, but Karen transformed it into the grand home it was meant to be. We sold it quickly and for almost 20% more than the real estate agent had estimated before it was staged. Staging is the most cost effective way of increasing a home's value. I don't know why anyone would hesitate. Rivertowns Staging provides stellar service and does the work for you. It's a no-brainer.”

“Andrea worked with us to redesign our home after we bought a fixer upper and had to practically gut the place. She designed a brand new layout and design for our kitchen, new floors, furniture, paint colors, we even took a wall down. I definitely could not have gone through it without her guidance and sense of style. She worked with me to make choices that were still me, only better. “After attending a staging presentation by Lori (Spaces That Speak) at my local library, I immediately set up an appointment for her to come to my house for a 2 hour ($300) consultation. Working with Lori was a very positive, pleasant and helpful experience. Her suggestions led to immediate improvements in the spaces I knew needed the most help -- advising which items to relocate or remove from a room, as well as changes to the color of the walls. She was very considerate of my own opinion and at all times, remained friendly and attentive to our needs. Lori's suggestions prompted me to make easy, inexpensive changes (the painting of the walls being the most expensive, but also making the biggest impact). After the painting and spending my own time rearranging things throughout our home, I asked Lori back to help with the final placement of some odds and ends. Again, her recommendations were spot on. She worked quickly and methodically, and I know that the money I spent on her services were well worth it. Our house went on the market today and I am confident it looks welcoming, spacious and beautiful! I highly recommend Lori as a professional home stager.”

“Alene went above and beyond in helping us stage our condo. When I first saw the space, I half jokingly texted her that I wished it looked that good when we lived there! Honestly, she impressed me not only with her amazing design talent, but also with her attention to detail on the entire project - reviewing and editing our photographers photos, reminding us to replace broken bulbs, bringing her cleaner in to really make the place sparkle, etc. We just listed, but I'm confident it'll sell quickly.
