I'd sent an email to the generic "Sales" department before our trip, and was assigned to Barbara by the luck of the draw - and what good luck it was!! I spoke with her a couple of times before our trip so that she knew what we were looking for, and she was completely prepared for us upon arrival. She was friendly, attentive, responsive...but yet knew when to give us a little space and let us explore on our own. She gave us design advice, but wasn't at all pushy.
