“Working with Mo and Bibi was a pleasure. They provided me with just enough guidance and goods to bring my new kitchen and redecorated bedroom to life. Mo's great taste and product lines at Addison West were perfect guardrails against my outdated aesthetic taking me down the wrong path or into dense forests of indecision. And Bibi's organizational and drafting skills proved to be invaluable in getting the job done efficiently and without too much duplication of labor on the contractor's side.”

“Upgrade of existing Kitchen (no appliances involved). Converted most lower cupboards to drawers, repainted all doors & drawer fronts, new lighting, New Quartz counter tops. Will Eik is the owner and operates alone with subs for electrical & counter tops. He is highly professional in decisions, contracting, estimating and customer relations. His pricing was reasonable, presented broken down by major elements and he stuck to his prices. The only changes were for unforeseeable minor items with a couple owner generated. His scheduling worked well for us. The most striking aspects of his work is the high quality and attention to detail.”

“Rags and Riches has a fantastic supply of upholstery and slip cover fabric at good prices. The staff is wonderful and very creative, so they can really help you if you are feeling stuck design wise. They are fast and efficient. They will give you scraps of fabric to take home and see in your home, or you can buy a yard or half yard of a fabric and really see what it would look like at home. R and R also does upholstery and makes slip covers. They do a great job of both. I have had numerous things reupholstered there and one slip cover made. Last but not least, R and R has a deal with a furniture maker and you can choose a fabric at R and R and then get it made into a couch or chair. I had a couch made through R and R and it is wonderful, high quality. I have never had any trouble with this couch, unlike several couches I bought at a local furniture store on Shelburne Road, which shall remain nameless. I would never buy another couch anywhere else but at Rags and Riches. They are expensive but they will actually last unlike other couches and you fabric selection is 1000 times better than at a local furniture store. That is no exaggeration because local stores have a very limited selection of fabric choices even when you are having a couch custom made, but R and R has thousands of fabrics.”

They range from timeless northeast farmhouses to beach front mansions along Florida's gulf coast. This furniture is obviously where Winchester's heart is. “We purchased very unique unfinished nightstands that were stained as ordered. Borge (at Country Gallery Antiques) presented options and went over what was possible. We appreciated his ideas. Everything was very timely, excellent quality work. The nightstands are a focal point in the room. Janet (at Country Gallery Antiques) was great with follow-up emails, confirming the order and scheduling delivery. The whole process went very smoothly.”

“In the past year we purchased two sets of bookshelves for two rooms of our home. Sam’s Wood Furniture helped in the design of these custom pieces, they processed the order with their suppliers and they also performed a meticulous installation, all on time and within budget (that’s right, no hidden charges). The sales staff at Sam’s is very helpful, walks through the options and puts together priced estimates for the products requested, all with a smile. Once the order was placed with the supplier, a final estimate was provided. The installation team, headed up by a master in the art of carpentry, are personable, professional and thorough. I’d say Sam’s sets the standard by which furniture stores should be judged. Sarah and her team get a hearty “thumbs up” from this perfectionist.”

“We purchased an unfinished dining table top, four legs, and the associated cleats. The legs and the table top arrived in perfect condition. The packaging of the table top was impressive. The cleats were installed on the top for no additional charge. We are finishing the table now (using Danish Oil) and it looks more beautiful with each coat. The quality of the workmanship in assembly the table top and in making all of the parts is the best. We are very pleased with our table and recommend Tablelegs.com whole heartedly.”
