“I purchased a leather couch and chair about a year ago from this store. I visited the showroom in Seattle and was so pleased with the personal attention of the sales personnel both in person and by phone. They helped me with selections of style, leather, etc. Because I live some distance from Seattle, I had to complete my order by phone. I also changed some things on my order as well. They were wonderful, helpful and respectful. I received my furniture (which was made in Italy) in the expected time. It was set up by the delivery people who were also very pleasant and professional. A year later, my furniture is even more beautiful than the day I received it. It is of great quality and value. I will be purchasing from this store again.”
