“Pamela provided a full service from helping to choose colour schemes, fabrics, upholstery and blinds/curtains/shutters. Pamela is perceptive with my taste and helped to provide fabrics that would work with both the room, light and room usage. I am thrilled with the choices made along with quality of workmanship. The service was prompt and reliable. Pamela has great vision and taste and a huge selection of samples. My house has been transformed.”

“I am absolutely delighted with the total professionalism of TS Design Studio. We have had in our family an old Captains chair that is over one hundred years old and which was badly in need of some help. All the legs had become unglued, the leather seat insert had long ago worn out and the general appearance was very tired. TS Design Studio gave us an honest opinion on the best way to restore our chair. Not wanting to opt for a modern foam and staple job, the chair was lovingly restored using similar methods and materials as those used by the original craftsman over one hundred years ago, the result was stunning and we are so thrilled with the finished work. TS Design Studio have a wealth of knowledge and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Tomasz: Thank you so much for all the passion you have shown during this restoration and for your understanding on just how much this chair meant to us as a family. “I discovered Polly's unique upholstery through a local network, but I'd happily travel across London to use her services. The attention to detail on the ready made pieces I've bought is amazing - Polly takes unloved old pieces and transforms them into highly individual items of furniture. I love the subtle differences between the pair of chairs I bought, and the detail in the embroidery that sets them apart from other upholstered pieces. I've also commissioned some bespoke work from Polly, using her fabric searching service. I'm not sure what I was expecting from this beforehand as it was the first time I've used a service like this, but chatting with Polly about the chairs and looking at some ideas in the studio was incredibly helpful. Polly helped me to develop and distill my thoughts and preferences to gain a clear picture of what I wanted, and sourced a number of fabric samples that fitted the bill. Another discussion on the pros and cons of the choices available meant I was absolutely sure of my choice and delighted with the result. I will definitely use Polly's bespoke service again.”

“JackJames Furniture were wonderful from the start of the project right through to the end. They designed and installed an Art Deco inspired library with bleached Oak ladder and matching window seat. What really stood out was the care they took in every part of the project, from the design (when we were offered a number of different, carefully considered options) through to its execution. James and Jackie really understood what we wanted, and made fantastic suggestions. For example, our shelves were floor to (almost) ceiling and they designed a beautiful ladder which allows us to reach the top shelf but also stores flat against the shelves when not in use. They were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic throughout. They met their budget and worked well with another contractor. We have already decided to employ them again in another few projects. We would highly recommend them to others.”
