“My wife and I bought several amazing pieces of wall art from 2nd Chance Art. One word to describe each piece ... WOW. That is how all of our guests react to each uniquely beautiful piece of "functional" art. We love it so much that we have asked them for a custom mirror to go in our bar. Working with Amy we modeled a very cool mirror and we cannot wait for it to be ready. Beautiful art. Wonderful to work with. Very unique. That about says it all.”

“Being a big Harley guy, I couldn't resist when I saw the motorcycle themed chairs. All my buddies that I ride with have purchased one for themselves also. Pushing 230 lbs, these chairs held our weight no problem. Very sturdy, colors were vibrant, I would highly recomend!!! What a great gift for the enthusiast that has everything. Nick Leventi”

“My great-grandmother's travel spinning wheel was given to me years ago and it sat on display in the corner of my living room. It's special to me because of its history, but someone along the line of its existence had painted it and done a really bad job. There were paint runs, it was an ugly color, and it bothered me to see it not at its best. I took it to Mario to have him see what could be done because he had refinished a bed for me a few years back and his work was excellent. He told me he'd have to research it and it would take a while to complete, but he seemed excited about taking it on. He kept in touch with me and had me come in after it was stripped to choose stain. Just the difference in having the awful paint removed was amazing! The wood was beautiful even unfinished. In removing the paint he even found some pieces had metal trim on them that couldn't be seen before. Last weekend I picked up the finished spinning wheel and Mario really outdid himself. It is more beautiful than I imagined it would be. He even turned a few missing pieces so it would be complete. I am so happy every time I look at it now, it's a piece of art. Mario is a truly gifted and caring craftsman, one of the few around. I've already talked to him about the next project I'm going to bring him!”
