“Bought my outdoor sectional & patio umbrella with Canada's Boss Leather Furniture and they were fabulous to deal with. Everything came on time and Rob was really pleasant to deal with. Several months after we had purchased everything, we had an issue with the umbrella however I never got around to doing anything until following Spring. Anyway, I contacted the manufacturer, however, the manufacturer would not allow me to return it to them or deal with me directly. I contacted Boss Leather and I believe I spoke with Ralph initially. He was very kind and said he would contact the manufacturer and help me out. I wasn't sure how it would go since retailers don't typically deal with manufacturing issues almost a year later. In the end, Boss Leather came through for me and the issue with the umbrella was repaired and looked as good as new. I definitely recommend buying from them.”
