“Truly one of the most enjoyable customer experiences my wife and I have had. Tim and Rachelle are very knowledgeable, caring and make it an inter-active experience. We ordered a 7'x 5' black walnut slab to be made into a dining room table. I called Tim all the time and he was patient, sent pictures constantly to keep me updated with the process. He promised it before my oldest son graduated from high school in a 3 month time period and he was good on his word not sacrificing the integrity of the project. Guests that come over sit and just look at the grain and "ooh and aah" over it which gives me a chance to talk about Jewell Hardwoods. If you order a project from them you will be in for a awesome customer experience. I plan on ordering another piece this year. My project is on their website.”

“Vance-Oubre designed our back yard - With Greg's assistance, we made an unused back yard into a beautiful and inviting room outside! It has expanded our home. Every detail was thought out, and we are enjoying every custom piece he made for us. Now we enjoy having friends over to enjoy our backyard. The pieces include a large farm table, side tables, benches, and side board. He helped us pull in pillows and accents that made it all come together.”

“Carol & Scott Director are wonderful - super professionals, very easy to work with. Scott helped my husband pick the most gorgeous leather chair for our living room remodel, crafted in the USA and SO comfortable. Carol Director made a site visit to our home, and together lovely fabrics were chosen for chair and sofa. Everything arrived in time for the Holidays. With a brand new fireplace and cozy furniture, all was excellent! I will continue to access their expertise as the need arises in purchasing new furnishings.”

“We hired Mimy Designs to rebuild and improve a unique piece of office furniture (a large wooden flat file cabinet). The piece came out looking great: The design Mimy drew up turned out to be functional and a lovely centerpiece of that part of the office suite. Mimy stood behind his work: We had a minor problem with the piece after installation and he came by quickly to adjust it. We also commissioned a large wall of custom library shelving. Both projects were completed on-time and on-budget. Prices were reasonable, especially considering it was custom work. His design drawings were clear and ideas were practical and value-oriented. His passion for wood was apparent in the quality of the craftsmanship.”

“I had a specific vision for this project: a penthouse with a spectacular view and no character. The idea was to create a nod to a more formal, midcentury style while using a variety of textures for warmth. The folks at Bella Casa were excellent to work with, and introduced elements and materials that fully complimented what I hoped to achieve with the space. “We worked with Viktor to purchase a bedroom set. He is a consumate professional. They offered the best prices around. The item we were interested had to be ordered since it was not in stock. However it was delivered with a few pieces damaged. The delivery guys took a few pictures and let Viktor know. He got right on it and the damaged items were replaced within a week. I was very happy doing business with them and would do so again.”
