“We lived in Los Angeles for many years and I loved to shop in the Fabric District which had a great amount of fabric choices. So when we decided to move to Central Virginia I didn't think that I would ever have that quality of choices available. That was until I found U-Fab! Their selection rivals that of any major city, even better than what was available in L.A.! The staff is extremely knowledgable. They understood my esthetic and helped me run with it! We had drapes, cushions and pillows made by UFab and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better experience . Simply put, UFab is Fabulous!!!”

“I am the proud owner of a George Garrett kitchen/dining room table and chairs. George's beautiful chairs remain comfy after marathon family dinners, late night philosophical discussions, epic Risk games, poker nights, and long term laptopping. Who knew that a wooden chair could be so comfortable!?! After 10+ years of heavy use, these pieces have remained beautiful, growing more lovely as the wood deepens and warms.”

“We entrusted Albemarle Woodworks with slabs of wood from a beloved weeping cherry tree that had to be cut down. We cured the wood for several years and then began looking for artisans who could give the wood new life as furniture for our home. Eric and Shawn surpassed our expectations -- the table and coat racks for our foyer are beautiful. We love the clean and elegant lines combined with solid construction, the care they took to bring out the gorgeous grain, and the incredible attention to detail. They came out to the house, took measurements, helped us determine how the wood could be used, and listened to us throughout the process, all the way down to the type of coat hooks we preferred (bronze with a hint of copper). We plan on another commission soon to have furniture made for our children.”
