“Lasley Brahaney's crew did beautiful work on our new addition. They executed their tasks with skill and professionalism, handling all the details and keeping the stress level as low as possible. The workers were friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to discuss any aspect of the project. Although our project was not a large one, the owner Marc took personal interest in making sure we were happy with all aspects of the work. “Working with PK was great. He understands the customer's needs and is able to bring the vision to life in his blue prints. He is willing to give you ideas and also show you where you can save money. Although slightly pricy, the relationship PK offers with the customer is a great relief as they are available at all times for any questions or ideas! Definitely would recommend PK!”

“George Evageliou’s Urban Homecraft has done some major projects for us and, each time, exceeded expectations. It is a joy to live and work in the beautiful spaces George created for us. The range of work done for us by Urban Homecraft is as follows: a full renovation of the kitchen; installation of built-in wine storage; design and installation of a window seat/daybed with storage; installation of built-in desks, bookshelves, and cabinets in the study; and, installation of HVAC covers. His designs cleverly incorporated a built- in mini fridge, a pull out drawer for the printer, and innovative ways to hide a jumble of TV and computer cords. George takes the time to understand the space and how the client lives in it, and most importantly, he listens. We went through many iterations of the drawings in a collaborative process as George addressed our needs. He fulfilled the “wish-list” of special features we wanted in the cabinetry. The craftsmen working for George are impressive. They brought George’s drawings to life with skill and efficiency. The projects undertaken by Urban Homecraft ran smoothly and seamlessly. We can’t believe we went through major renovations in our home with so little stress and anxiety. Although there were several players involved, we were spared the inevitable hassles because George directed everything -- from hiring a superb contractor for demolition, electrical etc., to coordinating with the granite/marble supplier, the appliance manufacturers and retailers, and even our Condo management. The work was completed on time and on budget. In addition to designing and crafting beautiful spaces , Urban Homecraft excels at making the client feel like their project is the most important one. Throughout, we felt we had George’s undivided attention. He promptly returned calls and emails and dealt with every challenge with zen like calm. In a nutshell, we are so spoiled by our experience that we cannot use an ordinary construction/design firm anymore. The pics don't do justice to the kitchen reno; they were taken on an iPhone.”

“IDEAL CDR has helped us with several major projects in our home, including a deck, a kitchen upgrade, a family room upgrade with a gas fireplace and a shower repair. They are incredible--everyone is extremely professional, friendly and kind. And, most importantly, their work is absolutely top-notch. They are attentive to detail, timely and concerned about doing the best possible job and they hold their subcontractors to the same high level of performance. In addition, they are creative and have terrific suggestions as to how to improve upon basic ideas as to how projects can be carried out. We have received many, many compliments about our family room "makeover" and it is now the focal point of our home. I would heartily recommend working with IDEAL CDR--they are our "go to" contractors!”

“Pulatani Builders transformed my outdated ( at the time of purchase ) Hell’s Kitchen loft into my “forever home.” Alex and his team went above and beyond as far as craftsmanship is concerned , and what’s more impressive is that my building’s super actually got along great with him and his team as well. This was largely because of the standards they maintain as far as dust and protection of common spaces is concerned. A+ job , happy to endorse and recommend them for any renovations in NYC.”

“These guys are awesome! They came highly recommended and was worth every penny! I am a developer and Gallery Kitchen & Bath for my kitchen and bath work. They exceeded my expectations and even hired them to do more work around the house. Very knowledgeable crew and detail oriented. They really took the time and care to consult with me about everything, not just kitchens and baths. I recommend them for any developer or small personal use. I will be hiring them again!
