“I hired Metzger Design to finish the basement of a single family home I had just bought sometime in June of 2013. As a professional realtor with a PMP (project management expertise), I usually do more research and explore at least 3 contractors before choosing who I hire. With Metzger Design, I did not have to go to a second or third vendor to compare notes; I was convinced thru the owner and builder himself, Jared Metzger, that I will be in good hands. It was critical I hire a reputable, trustworthy, and highly competent contractor because I was still living in 2-3 hours away from the house I bought and so I wouldn't be able to check on their work on a regular basis. Metzger Design delivered the requirements of my home project on time, below cost projection, and most importantly according to my expectations. Walk thru requests were efficiently addressed. That is to me the essence of high integrity. And I liked Jared's concept and execution of design, not to mention his honest, professional, and friendly personality. We are now enjoying our nicely finished basement!”

“LU Pearce did a major renovation at our home on Gwynn's Island this past year. A new staircase to our second story was designed to replace a poorly situated spiral one. Ken was able to design exactly what we wanted and it came out beautifully, as if it had always been there. A coat closet (under the new stairs), powder room, and new master bath were also part of the project as well as renovation of a guest bath. Thad and the subcontractors were true professionals. They were easy to work with, patient and helpful in decision making from beginning to end. The project was completed within the estimated time frame and I was able to comfortably work with their allowances for lighting, vanities, fixtures etc. to stay on budget. We are very happy with the finished product!”

“I have used Tidewater Pro Build for many projects on my house in Williamsburg. Before I bought the house, Trey and his team had remodeled the kitchen, and I was so impressed that I hired them to replace the roofing and siding. Most recently, I hired them to gut and remodel the three bathrooms in the house. They did an outstanding job, and the bathrooms are absolutely beautiful! Trey and Caleb made a number of recommendations that worked perfectly to make the most efficient use of the space in the bathrooms. The quality of their work and their attention to detail and finishing touches were excellent. I give the company a 5-star rating and highly recommend them for any construction project.”
