“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. He continues to be courteous and kind to our tenants. He is always fair with his pricing. He has truly become a family friend. Thanks, Jerr!”

“Synergy's attention to detail has been outstanding throughout the planning phase of our renovation. Synergy's design team exceeded our expectations and as demolition has now begun we eagerly await the construction phase. We have every confidence that Synergy's team will once again wow us. Update: Our Kitchen/Great Room renovation is complete and Synergy's design and construction teams absolutely blew us away with their attention to detail and customer service. To be fair, it is not possible to completely convey our level of satisfaction in a short review. When is the last time you worked with a team of professionals whose standards for excellence exceed your own? Without fail, when we would raise a potential issue with Synergy we would find out they had already noticed it and created a plan to address it. Think about that for a moment, not push back, not an attempt to avoid extra work by saying there is no issue. Instead, reassurance that they are holding themselves to a standard that is higher than your own. Simply put, that never happens. Yet with Synergy it is just the way they work. When their level of craftsmanship (which is nothing short of uniformly excellent) is married with Synergy's ability to design and deliver breathtaking spaces, the result redefines what renovating can and should be. “After receiving several estimates to turn our attic into a master bedroom suite with a bathroom, we went with Thomas Custom Builders (TCB). They did not provide the cheapest estimate we received, but they were extremely professional, provided the most thorough information, seemed focused on doing things right, and we were really comfortable working with them and communicating with them. We are extremely happy we went with TCB. The renovation process hasn't been perfect - which is really not possible - but TCB has been excellent at finding solutions to the unforeseen things we could not anticipate. More importantly, they do things the right way and are honest about what is going on and what needs to be done. This was our first renovation, so we asked a ton of questions, but the entire TCB team always took the time to talk us through stuff and answer any questions we had. Lastly, the quality of their work is superb. We've had some neighbors over throughout the process who have gone through several renovations and they commented that they could tell TCB were true craftsmen based on the quality of their work. I would highly recommend their services and will hire them for any renovation work we do in the future.”

“Custom Home Elements did a great, great job in remodeling my Bathrooms and Front Wheelchair Ram as well as building a Ramp in the rear of my home to accommodate my new Wheelchair Lift. Vic the boss did an excellent job with his drawing and watchful eyes an the entire job. I can't say enough for the crews working for Custom Home Elements as the were tireless and professional through the entire job. Although there were days when the weather did not cooperate, the crews still did what they could inside my home when they could not work outside. Although we had to throw the budget out a bit, Vic stay within the parameters of my wallet. I have recommended this company to my veterans friends who have seen the work done on my home. Otis J. “Rendon did our kitchen remodel. It took about two weeks, starting 10/29 and finishing 11/15. It wasn't a full remodel, just a 'facelift'. They painted the countertops, replaced with new hardware, added a new granite countertops, added a new sink/faucet, added moulding to the top of the cabinets, and installed a new tile backsplash. At no time did they make us feel like we were a "small" job. With Rendon, you will get service and quality. They took their jobs, each one of them, very seriously, but they weren't stoic. I was able to speak with them easily and they understood what we needed at every turn, by the end even anticipating what I may want/need before I could voice it. Honestly, I couldn't imagine having a better experience with a contractor. Everything works like it should, and looks fantastic. They've even contacted me since to verify that I am still happy with everything they did. They always cleaned when they left, leaving the kitchen in decently useable condition, as we were of course living there during the work. All of the onsite workers were very courteous at all times and accommodating to our needs. I never felt like they were "in the way". And if I needed something, they were always sure to supply it. They always locked up if I wasn't home, and if I was they would verify that I was there before they left. At every step, there was paperwork. Changes were written up and all charges were clearly stated from the beginning and throughout the process. At no point did I get "sticker shock". Michael was phenomenal at his estimation, so it was so close to the end cost it was almost right on, if I hadn't upgraded some finishes. Karen made sure I stayed on budget and got gorgeous finishes that suited our taste. Joey managed the work without any issues and was there each step of the way explaining the process and assigning the proper tasks. Bottom line, if you choose Rendon, you will NOT be disappointed.”

“Designer Joe Burke, project lead Chris Henwood, and tile contractor "Mike" all did a first-rate job. They were communicative throughout our project, and also flexible and creative about working with the unusual features of our restored-barn home. They respected the original character of the house, while turning a very worn kitchen and three bathrooms into modern, practical, attractive, fun, and eco-friendly rooms. They were very attentive to the budget and schedule - presenting us with multiple options for each major expense item, and dedicating extra time to our project in order to address a few surprises that the unusual structure of the house threw our way.”

“MBR remodeled a 1963 home for me in Sept. 2013. They replaced a full bath, a half bath and a kitchen as well as painted and patched, repaired electrical and plumbing issues, and landscaped the front and back yards. The house sold the first week on the market at almost full asking price. George Kall is a real professional with lots of experience. He ran the project in a way that required very little from me, which was wonderful, as I was not living in the property and could not come by often to check on the progress. He addressed any problems very promptly. He made excellent suggestions when I was unsure of a direction to take. He called in a roofer, a plumber, an electrician, and painters. He also dealt with a cranky neighbor quite well. The only negative was I lost an expensive Miele vacuum cleaner - it disappeared during the remodeling and MBR was not able to find out where it went.”
