We met Carlos from Ulloa designs, and as he is an Architect and builder , we were soon into the addition of about 1000 sq ft. The permitting was handled efficiently, as was the execution of all the design requests. There were a few issues with the HOA in our sub-division but that was also managed well by the builder. The final result is an interesting living room space,and a bedroom and bathroom. We would, and have, recommended Carlos to many people. He is helpful, artistic, and efficient. “We have used Craftsmanship by John for numerous remodels over the past 15 years. Some were small jobs but several were major remodels. In our most recent remodel, we took almost every wall back to the studs, moved the location of the kitchen, added a garage with space above, raised all the ceilings on the second floor and remodeled all the bathrooms. He is timely, professional, considerate and flexible and extremely efficient in scheduling, supervising and completing the job. He turned pricing around on 2 different properties within one day (unheard of), both to the tune of $10,000 or more, as the homes both had some deferred maintenance issues. After moving in, I asked him to price subsequent work (electrical, running cable, sheetrock work, etc.). and they were in/out of my place, including sheetrock repairs/taping/floating/painting in 3 days! I observed NO DUST, which was unbelievable with the scope of work involved. His workers are respectful and go above and beyond to do their work without interrupting your life in the process. Bob has continually impressed me with how very clean and considerate the subs are while working inside my home. His guys show up when he says they will, he accurately estimates how long the job(s) will take and he delivers every time. Not only that, but he stands behind his work and doesn't hesitate to do whatever it takes to ensure I am a happy customer. THIS LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXTREMELY RARE IN BOB'S TYPE OF BUSINESS.
