“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. It has now been 8 years since Jerry has built our home. We have temporarily moved overseas. We have continued using Jerry and Craftsman Construction to manage the upkeep and occasional repairs to our wonderful house, while we have been away. He continues to be courteous and kind to our tenants. He is always fair with his pricing. He has truly become a family friend. Thanks, Jerr!”

“MBR remodeled a 1963 home for me in Sept. 2013. They replaced a full bath, a half bath and a kitchen as well as painted and patched, repaired electrical and plumbing issues, and landscaped the front and back yards. The house sold the first week on the market at almost full asking price. George Kall is a real professional with lots of experience. He ran the project in a way that required very little from me, which was wonderful, as I was not living in the property and could not come by often to check on the progress. He addressed any problems very promptly. He made excellent suggestions when I was unsure of a direction to take. He called in a roofer, a plumber, an electrician, and painters. He also dealt with a cranky neighbor quite well. The only negative was I lost an expensive Miele vacuum cleaner - it disappeared during the remodeling and MBR was not able to find out where it went.”

“We selected J&B over 4 other contractors to finish our basement and create a bonus room (laundry/craft/sewing room) over our garage. From beginning to end, J&B were consummate professionals - they were continuously available regardless of the day or time of day, they were courteous in both word and action and they were highly respectful of our home's private space. In addition to these important client sensitivities, J&B did exceptional work in our basement and bonus room - the attention to detail and workmanship was extraordinary; we frequently receive compliments about our basement and bonus from guests. While there were a couple issues along the way, J&B rapidly corrected the situation and made good on the work. J&B is a values-based company that is extraordinarily competent with fair and reasonable prices - I would hire them again in a minute! Superb!”

“I contracted with American Remodeling LLC to build full wall bookshelves/entertainment center in two different homes, and the work exceeded my expectations. It was completed on budget within the timeline given. Bryon's professionalism was evident throughout the project, and we appreciated his demand for a clean worksite that did not disrupt the household. “We hired Stonegate in 2011 for two primary bathroom remodels, in 2012 for a bonus room renovation and in 2013 for a complete kitchen renovation including moving walls. From the beginning Alex Post immediately established a thorough assessment of the various project needs. He offered innovative solutions to design aspects both to maximize utility of space and for optimum modern functionality and luxurious appeal. He brought together a very talented team giving us opportunity to frequently review design considerations with the cabinet designer, and the construction project manager. The combined experience and level of professionalism of this team is one of the reasons we immediately felt comfortable to begin our working relationship with Stonegate. Stonegate closely and thoroughly coordinated every detail - the layout and cabinet design, cost estimates, various county inspections, and excellent subcontractors for every need (granite and tile, lighting and electrical, flooring, drywall and painting). Every detail was handled in a most professional manner. We now have an absolutely beautiful and amazing modern functioning kitchen and bathrooms. They have transformed our home. “Jason did an outstanding job building our house in Mt Jackson, managing every detail from the well being drilled to the road being built up to the construction site. He followed the architectural design and adjusted where needed.
