“Plan A performed an excellent job for our renovation and we were very happy with the outcome. The project was bid and delivered at the specified price and any extras were related to unforeseen conditions and / or additions to the original scope that we the owner added through the process. The staff was very friendly, safe and considerate to our needs and helped us with schedule and the decision process. Plan A specializes in renovations to older houses and has a wealth of experience to deal with situations - this showed in the commitment to the work and the final product. I felt that they listened carefully to our needs and reacted appropriately in ever regard to this project. “Bravehart Building has done several jobs at my business. After only 1 year in the business' new facility a number of problems arose around the plumbing, unsafe electrical, falling tiles in the steam rooms and rotting doors and HVAC issues. Every professional that Bravehart Building brought into the business did exceptional work. Bill Wallace and Laura Pollard kept a watchful eye on everything and made sure I was pleased. After the experience I had with the first contractor this was a huge relief.”
