“MBR remodeled a 1963 home for me in Sept. 2013. They replaced a full bath, a half bath and a kitchen as well as painted and patched, repaired electrical and plumbing issues, and landscaped the front and back yards. The house sold the first week on the market at almost full asking price. George Kall is a real professional with lots of experience. He ran the project in a way that required very little from me, which was wonderful, as I was not living in the property and could not come by often to check on the progress. He addressed any problems very promptly. He made excellent suggestions when I was unsure of a direction to take. He called in a roofer, a plumber, an electrician, and painters. He also dealt with a cranky neighbor quite well. The only negative was I lost an expensive Miele vacuum cleaner - it disappeared during the remodeling and MBR was not able to find out where it went.”

The quote we received was very thorough and detailed, all costs were very transparent and easy to understand. The job came in right on budget, with very little in the way of change orders. The crew that was used were all very professional and experienced and the owner (Dean) was here as GC for the job to ensure all work was being completed correctly and as specified. Dean has good contacts at local plumbing, electric, tile and carpentry companies which made the selections process very easy. The final result is amazing! The bathroom looks like it belongs in an architectural magazine - we are very pleased with the high quality of the work and plan to use them again for our other 2 bathrooms.”
