“It has been almost 2 years since my wife and I moved into our new Rinaldi home. With that "still new"smell in the air, I thought it a good time to reflect on our buying experience with Jerry Rinaldi and his team. From my first meeting with Jerry and a member of his sales staff, I could sense this was going to be a different experience than what I had become accustomed to with previous builders. This is my sixth new home, so I'm not short on horror stories about dealings in real estate. Hoping that I wasn't being naive, it seemed to me that Rinaldi Homes actually cared about what WE wanted, and not what was easier or more profitable for them. Here was a gentleman where a handshake meant something. Anyone that knows me describes me as being quite picky. If you ask Jerry, he'll tell you that this is an understatement. We knew exactly what we wanted in a new home, and with some fine tuning under Jerry's guidance, every detail was addressed and we sealed a deal. We were involved in every aspect of the selection process, literally from the ground up. While a lot of work, Rinaldi's team made the task enjoyable. Watching our new home being constructed was fun and exciting. Under the watchful eye of our site supervisor Franco, the process moved forward seamlessly. He was never too busy to answer our questions or concerns. We soon learned that honesty, integrity and professionalism was a culture at Rinaldi Homes. The most telling testimonial I can provide is that my older brother and his wife are now the proud owners of a new Rinaldi home. He had been in the construction industry in Alberta for over half a century before retiring, so he knows a thing or two about quality. “My 4th new home was built by Mountainview Homes and I couldn't be more pleased. Without question, the process was the easiest and most fun I have ever had. The Décor Centre on Merrittville Highway was an absolute life saver. No travel time wasted visiting the various companies selling kitchens, flooring, paint, shingles, bricks, railings, plumbing.....and the list goes on. Not only was it wonderful to pick and choose with the help of the designers, but the cost of upgrades was clearly stated - no surprises. The tradespeople were excellent to deal with, the finished carpentry was absolutely the best. A truly class act and I can't wait to build with them again.”

“What most impressed us about Tony was his willingness to listen to the desires we had, to interpret them into a real and practical plan, to make accommodations based on our financial resources, and to finish with a design that was more beautiful than we imagined. We absolutely love what Tony did with our house. We took off an ugly front porch, put both front and back dormers off the second floor , making one bedroom now two, installed a master bath, and added a master bedroom balcony overlooking the woods. Neighbors and passers by cannot believe the change. It looks like it was always meant to be! Tony met with our builder and carefully went over the plans. He was always available when we had questions. Excellent service!”

“I've commissioned design and build out of my weekend home to Annett Group's owner Marek Urbanowicz. Complex undertaking including a complete project management from start to finish. A 3,200 sq ft with 1,700 sq ft basement modern take on a 'cottage' in Georgian Bay area. Highly customized design including open spaces and cathedral ceilings. I admired Marek's commitment to service excellence, engineering know how and experience in construction. Great communication throughout the 9 month construction timeframe. We're impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship. Complete delight despite many challenges that Marek's resourcefulness helped us preserve through. Highly recommend. And thanks to Annett Group for the perfect execution.”
