“We had Tom build a new home, a ranch, to plans that we got from a friends (whose home he also built some 10 years earlier.) He did a great job managing the contractors, communicating with us, etc. The work was very good, and we are very pleased. The real test though, is AFTER the house is "delivered" to the new owners. Here, Tom really excelled. We had the usual little things- nail pops etc. and he took care of them fast, without complaint and the work was done well, In a few cases, we had a problem due to our own fault, and he STILL took care of those things as well. A good business transaction, done in a friendly way. We could not ask for more!!”

“We had Peerless Homes do our remodel on our century home kitchen wing. Kitchen, bath, laundry and mudroom/dog porch. Denis the owner, had great ideas and was good to work with when I changed my mind or had a quirky question and or request. Very professional, the trades all come on time, everyone involved took pride and ownership in the project. Not an easy project when working with a demanding owner (me) and an old house. But in the end we have wonderful remodel that blends seamlessly with our old but now new kitchen.”

“I had one panel of Isawall installed for my birthday. I hired a personal trainer to design a routine for me. I update my routine every couple of months for variety and because muscle confusion is best for challenging muscle groups. But I digress. The wall is the best conversation piece in our home. All visitors are intrigued and want one of their own. No two people use it exactly the same. It is the most versatile exercise apparatus I have ever known; I have exercised for 35 years. The wall never gets old; it adapts to all other equipment. I just can't say enough about it. It's beautiful and I'd like to believe it helps keep my body beautiful (strong and flexible) as well.”

“My wife and I had been planning our remodel project for 3 yrs. when we finally decided to go with it. In Oct. of 2010 I called Jack Dever and asked him to look into our renovation. Being very handy myself, I asked Jack to quote me a price for certain aspects of the project. He followed up with a visit from his designer and provided us with an estimate within a week. Being a major renovation, this was going to be a lengthy and costly project. By February of 2011, after some back and forth with the city on permits and drawings, we started our renovation. Jack and his crew were very professional, punctual, and skilled in their abilities. They performed the carpentry, electrical, windows, drywall and siding on the project.We attempted to try and live in the house during the project but after 1 month, we decided to move out until the kitchen and laundry room were usable. This sped the project up as more work was able to be completed. We moved back in by June 1st 2011 and we were so pleased with the work completed by Jack and his crew. Jack was more than helpful and professional and highly recommend his company when considering a project.”
