“HomeMadons, Inc. completed a small job for me. He replaced my laundry room door which was semi-basic.
They retrofitted a door that required mortising of hinges and used new hardware. The new door with frosted glass and stencil picture pops the area and really makes it stand out!
He and his crew were extremely professional, on-time, and worked within my tight schedule!
I would highly recommend them for any work and will be using them in the future!”

“Soumitra Banerjee (from Theta Homes) spent numerous hours, architect'ing and providing us with various designs for our new Covered Front Porch. He then went out of way to contact the county to make sure what is and is not allowed. Together we finally came up with the design that met all parameters. He then also went out of way to find the best quality/design materials (with intrinsic details) from suppliers at the best price. We later found that he compromised a little too much on his bottom line profits.

“Our choice of a contractor to come in and redo our kitchen and master bathroom came down to two candidates. We ultimately went with Teakwood Enterprises, who was slightly more expensive, but WAY worth it. Not only were all of the workers respectful and professional, but a pleasure to talk to! The whole crew was just really nice. And the job lead was incredibly particular about details for the project. He enjoyed design and shared some of his thoughts with us as we were telling him what we wanted done. We quickly learned to trust his judgment with things like tile patterns and layouts. We loved his design ideas and approved all of them. What was cool, though, was we could tell he wasn't being pushy. And none of them came with additional cost - he just wanted the project to look nice. And it does! These guys did amazing work, and we're so happy we chose him. If there's any future projects we need done, we will definitely be calling Teakwood Enterprises first.”

Josh's eye for DESIGN and FUNCTIONALITY is so helpful. He has a wonderful sense about what the final product will look and feel like. Having someone with an artist sensibility be able to DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT the project as well as help with the overall aesthetic and all those decisions was HUGE.

“We searched high & low in RVA for a local craftsman who could bring our vision of a porch swing alive.
After several non-returned calls to prospective fabricators - we searched Houzz & found Thomas Trades.
Reviewing their online portfolio gave us a vibe that they could handle a variety of fabrication & carpentry we were seeking.
After a month+ long contact, interview & design consultation period, we were delighted that TTLLC could provide us an idea that is partial to our modern taste while still extending our home's wood/metal characteristics out onto the porch.
Both John - artisan & his partner, Rain - design coordinator - provided design guidance & patience as they led us from what we thought we wanted to what we actually wanted.
