“MBR remodeled a 1963 home for me in Sept. 2013. They replaced a full bath, a half bath and a kitchen as well as painted and patched, repaired electrical and plumbing issues, and landscaped the front and back yards. The house sold the first week on the market at almost full asking price. George Kall is a real professional with lots of experience. He ran the project in a way that required very little from me, which was wonderful, as I was not living in the property and could not come by often to check on the progress. He addressed any problems very promptly. He made excellent suggestions when I was unsure of a direction to take. He called in a roofer, a plumber, an electrician, and painters. He also dealt with a cranky neighbor quite well. The only negative was I lost an expensive Miele vacuum cleaner - it disappeared during the remodeling and MBR was not able to find out where it went.”

“I contracted with American Remodeling LLC to build full wall bookshelves/entertainment center in two different homes, and the work exceeded my expectations. It was completed on budget within the timeline given. Bryon's professionalism was evident throughout the project, and we appreciated his demand for a clean worksite that did not disrupt the household. He made our vision a reality, with well planned details and finish work.”

“Custom Home Elements did a great, great job in remodeling my Bathrooms and Front Wheelchair Ram as well as building a Ramp in the rear of my home to accommodate my new Wheelchair Lift. Vic the boss did an excellent job with his drawing and watchful eyes an the entire job. I can't say enough for the crews working for Custom Home Elements as the were tireless and professional through the entire job. Although there were days when the weather did not cooperate, the crews still did what they could inside my home when they could not work outside. Although we had to throw the budget out a bit, Vic stay within the parameters of my wallet. I have recommended this company to my veterans friends who have seen the work done on my home. Otis J. “Construction Solutions completed three projects for me within a four year period. The first was to dismantle and rebuild a water-logged tub surround. They replaced the window with glass blocks for privacy and a sliding screen window for ventilation. Although it has been four years, it still looks like new. only a little touch up on the window has been necessary. the second and third were completed two years ago. one was laying down paving stones for a patio with a walkway; the other was replacing windows with a customized bay and window seat. I have been very pleased with the results. My older children enjoy drinking their coffee every morning semi reclined in the sunlight.”

“Probably the best company I've ever hired bar none to do extensive remodeling work to my residence. Bob is a master at transforming the ordinary into something extraordinary by implementing contemporary and upscale pieces whether its cabinetry, tile work, stone, ovens, pools etc to his design. The designs are beyond the scope of what other companies do which is "cookie cutter" and he definitly will make what you want stand out. I would hire him in a heartbeat and plan on doing 10 more projects with him in the future.”

“Working with K-one Corporation was a great experience. They are very honest, friendly and helpful and I really love the work they did to build my home. My house was very old my plan was to build a new home in this property so I was looking for a builder and I found K-one Corporation. I told them what I want and my budget and they work with me even though ended up pay more money but I love every part of my home.”
