When a water tank seal failure was discovered in a few of the flats they were proactive in eliminating the risk of this happening in other units by quickly replacing the same seal in all the flats. A weekly newsletter keeps owners up to date with the progress being made to complete the development. This communication is vital to explain when and why plans slip, so that owners and tenants are in a better position to appreciate and understand the reasons for delays and disruptions.”

Outdoor photo-timed security lighting systems, full premises protection. ... and a variety of miscellaneous smaller projects- all eaually professionally finished with zero defects. I will say this much: When I add an extension to my home next year I will be engaging JHF services for all the major works - no contest !”
