“We hired Strobel Design Build for two projects: 1. rebuild an enclosed sunroom into an open front porch (Fall of 2012); 2. rebuild/remodel kitchen (currently in progress). We choose Strobel Design Build for the rebuild/remodel of the kitchen after the excellent job on the rebuild of the front porch. In both cases, Don Strobel sat down with us to discuss the design of both projects, took time to discuss material options, and gave us a schedule regarding each step of the process. He listened to our expectations and assisted us in fine tuning the details that fit within our budget. Due to the fact that our house was built in the 1930's, adjustments were made as needed when structural issues arose. This project was a new design for my builder and we all worked to meet a very challenging deadline. The designers from Artisan made the project an award winning one for us and although it was several years ago, the experience was one of team-work and pulling together to meet goals for the builder and the community! “II had Mansouri Design LLC completely gut and remodel a home I bought in December 2020. This was right during the pandemic and when quality contractors were slim and few. Because of this, some things initially did not go well, Selim is a very solid individual. He was unwilling to accept poor performance from the contractors, and he had them redo anything that we did not deem as acceptable. We did not pay for any rework either. His staff has always been very friendly and quick to address any issues. Although our work together has been completed, for months, some of my appliances and a chandelier are not delivered. When I called Famous Tate's, they said not to worry because they still get a weekly call from Mansouri checking on my appliances. This is a quality company with a very skilled staff. I would recommend them highly to perform professional work at a reasonable price.”
