“Very professional team starting from the sales representative to the installers. We went from an almost non-usable space because of the heat from the sun to a large outdoor space. This pergola is built to last with hardly any maintenance. Would definitely recommend Dream Design Construction.”

“Construction & remodeling is a big business. There are many small & large companies competing in the field. What stand out about SB was 1- their estimates were very close to the actual cost, 2- they did the job on time & 3- they made no excuses like lots of others I have seen because they didn’t need to. Professional staff with great service. I do recommend them for anybody looking to do work on their homes.”

“We are very happy with the beautiful work of Ideal Construction & Remodeling. Our friends have referred us to Ideal Construction & Remodeling after they have built them a really nice addition and remodeled their kitchen. We hired Jay and his team to remodel 60% of our first home in Springfield, VA. They were attentive to our needs and expectations. They remodeled the kitchen, 2 baths, living and dinning room. Without a doubt, our house is now one of the best houses in our Springfield neighborhood. “MBR remodeled a 1963 home for me in Sept. 2013. They replaced a full bath, a half bath and a kitchen as well as painted and patched, repaired electrical and plumbing issues, and landscaped the front and back yards. The house sold the first week on the market at almost full asking price. George Kall is a real professional with lots of experience. He ran the project in a way that required very little from me, which was wonderful, as I was not living in the property and could not come by often to check on the progress. He addressed any problems very promptly. He made excellent suggestions when I was unsure of a direction to take. He called in a roofer, a plumber, an electrician, and painters. He also dealt with a cranky neighbor quite well. The only negative was I lost an expensive Miele vacuum cleaner - it disappeared during the remodeling and MBR was not able to find out where it went.”

“My wife and I were looking to remodel our kitchen and a friend of ours recommended Bowa because Bowa remodeled their home. I thought it would be very costly, but after speaking with them I found that they were very affordable. All of our questions were answered and trust me we had many. Our overall experience has been a great one. Everyone was very professional and they actually finished 1 day earlier. I would recommend Bowa to all of my friends.”

“Kevin and VM Solutions were professional, fairly priced and highly creative in their approach to our project. When people talk about Pure Barre studios, we consistently hear that we have a fantastic design and exceptional craftsmanship. Beyond the standard work (drywall, ceiling tiles etc...) They completed the following creative concepts with ease: 1. Brick wall veneers on several walls 2. Reclaimed wood desk and barn door 3. Transom windows 4. Pipe shelving 5.
