“Dennis did the design drawings for our complete condo renovation. He was very easy to work with, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that we felt free to use or not use. He did what we wanted him to do. Once the drawings were initially complete, changes that we wanted after talking with our contractor were completed in a timely manner. Dennis' cost was very reasonable and affordable. We highly recommend Dennis to anyone needing to have design work done.”

“We purchased a spec home that Oak Leaf built in 2009 and have lived there since. The home is well thought-out, efficient and well-constructed. We have had absolutely no problems since moving in. “We used Ten Key to remodel our kitchen. Our house was built in ‘94 in Chisholm Lake when fluorescent lighting, formica countertops and drop soffits with cut outs were big and I loathe them all. We had our cabinets painted, drop soffit removed, granite installed, backsplash added, can lights installed, and hardware changed. Everyone was so attentive and listened to any concerns from the design process to the actual remodeling process. We had some hiccups and had to extend the project out due to shipping delays and needing some fixes. We were kept in the loop on what was going on the whole way. When the project manager and owners would come by to check on progress they reviewed things that I never would have thought to look for myself. They were honest about if anything needed to be fixed and made sure it was taken care of.”

“Terry and Anders Carlson of AC Dwellings did a great job of restoring part, rebuilding part, and even adding a part onto our home. They also styled, decorated, painted, and furnished this 1937 house to make it uniquely ours. Not only did they redesign the inside of the house but the outside as well. They built and designed an unbelievable outdoor room, pool, and designed the landscaping as well. I recommend them for their quality, style, attention to detail, friendliness, and integrity. The quality of the work was exceptional and they met the deadlines. And as a very special bonus, they were a lot of fun to work with have become close friends. We would use them again without hesitation.”

“I contacted Taylor about doing a revamp of our master bathroom. I wanted to redo the shower with new tile & add a bench; I also wanted to replace the carpet with tile. Taylor came to look at the space & I showed him the bathroom at our other house, I wanted something like that. I picked out the tile for the shower & the floor. Taylor was able to bring my vision to life. He was set back a few days because there was a large hole under the original shower pan that had to be dealt with, but we both agreed that the work had to be done to fix the problem. I am please with the work he did & the cost was in line with what I thought it would be.”

“If you are looking to add more space to your existing home, this is a great way to take advantage of your unused attic space. We loved our home and our neighborhood and did not want to move.
