“MBR remodeled a 1963 home for me in Sept. 2013. They replaced a full bath, a half bath and a kitchen as well as painted and patched, repaired electrical and plumbing issues, and landscaped the front and back yards. The house sold the first week on the market at almost full asking price. George Kall is a real professional with lots of experience. He ran the project in a way that required very little from me, which was wonderful, as I was not living in the property and could not come by often to check on the progress. He addressed any problems very promptly. He made excellent suggestions when I was unsure of a direction to take. He called in a roofer, a plumber, an electrician, and painters. He also dealt with a cranky neighbor quite well. The only negative was I lost an expensive Miele vacuum cleaner - it disappeared during the remodeling and MBR was not able to find out where it went.”

“MAC completely remodeled our master bathroom. The company was easy to work with. They helped us keep our costs down by allowing us to do some of the work ourselves. All the employees were polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. We LOVED the result and would hire them again.”

“We selected J&B over 4 other contractors to finish our basement and create a bonus room (laundry/craft/sewing room) over our garage. From beginning to end, J&B were consummate professionals - they were continuously available regardless of the day or time of day, they were courteous in both word and action and they were highly respectful of our home's private space. In addition to these important client sensitivities, J&B did exceptional work in our basement and bonus room - the attention to detail and workmanship was extraordinary; we frequently receive compliments about our basement and bonus from guests. While there were a couple issues along the way, J&B rapidly corrected the situation and made good on the work. J&B is a values-based company that is extraordinarily competent with fair and reasonable prices - I would hire them again in a minute! Superb!”

“I worked with George Asher homes on (2) project everyone was completed with out Incident. The first project was a complete remodel of a home. He took it from being dated 1960 to having an open floor plan and looking like a million dollar home. The second project that I was involved in was relocating a vent stack in a high-rise condo building. If you are looking for a contractor this is the one for you. There is no project too small or too big for George Asher Homes to complete!”

It was completed on budget within the timeline given. “Starting with a major kitchen reno, followed by an air sealing project, and starting next week a siding job. Absolutely hands down the most trustworthy contractor I have ever worked with. Richard Lensis has stood 100% behind his work since day 1, through 2 major projects so far. A third major project is scheduled to start next week and I have zero concerns the work will be done right the first time, or that Richard will ensure things are made right.”

“Construction Solutions completed three projects for me within a four year period. The first was to dismantle and rebuild a water-logged tub surround. They replaced the window with glass blocks for privacy and a sliding screen window for ventilation. Although it has been four years, it still looks like new. only a little touch up on the window has been necessary. the second and third were completed two years ago. one was laying down paving stones for a patio with a walkway; the other was replacing windows with a customized bay and window seat. I have been very pleased with the results. My older children enjoy drinking their coffee every morning semi reclined in the sunlight.”

“U. S. Builders is the most reliable company a homeowner could hire for ANY remodeling project. We had a new Master Bedroom/bath built over our garage. From the beginning, Cyrus showed up for the first appointment on time, and for every appointment thereafter. He was professional, understood what we wanted, and had a vision for how it would be accomplished. The project was completed in the time he had predicted. He and his team always showed up whenever he said they would. We were very pleased with the result. He is very professional, pays close attention to detail; and is expert in this business.
