“Just finished a major renovation of our home with Oxbow--three bathrooms, kitchen work and other smaller changes. From start to finish they were professional. They are also extremely creative with interesting and wonderful ideas. And most of all, they are easy to work with. Communication was clear from the initial meetings on. Once work began, they arrived each day on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and were easy to have around the house. When issues came up during the renovation, which they always do, they were able to offer great solutions that were within our budget. We're thrilled with the outcome and intend to use them again for a basement project in the near future. Couldn't have been happier.”

In addition, they worked well with me at every stage, in particular in making ongoing decisions and in keeping the project affordable. Three years past construction, I continue to be thrilled with my home. As a super-insulated, passive and active solar house that uses no fossil fuels, it is performing extremely well and costing a very small, fixed amount for energy. Bob Obear of Obear Construction is making this possible. From the beginning of identifying the lot, siting the house, and working through the permitting. Next to developing the plans. And now in the construction phase. Bob has provided sound guidance and advice, helped shape the design and selection of key items such as the heating system while also working with us to include a masonry heater and PV panels for solar production of electricity.
