“I hired Urban Oasis to design a backyard garden and install new stairs and stonework. After a very enjoyable design consultation, Carrie presented three designs and I selected one with no reservations. I went with her to the nursery to pick out additional plants (she incorporated much of the existing garden.) Old raised beds were replaced with a bluestone patio, and a long flight of uneven concrete stairs leading to the house from the street were replaced with granite. All of the specialty stone work was done with exacting attention to detail. I have been delighted with the outdoor extension of my old Craftsman bungalow.”

“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. “Level Up Home Remodeling has been great to work with. The project management by Ellie and Chase was above and beyond we could imagine. We contracted them for an addition of 1100 Sq. Ft. including relocating out kitchen, Leveling up the living room and adding two bathrooms to the house. The promises were delivered and we got a beautiful home to share with our family. The level of communication and professionalism were always their ultimate goal. Their passion about the details and the outcome is something we always felt. “A year ago they came out and gave up a really great quote on our idea for remodeling our home. They are very professional and even went as far as taking us to a few of their project homes to show us the quality of work and some past successes. We weren't able to move forward with the process but as soon as we can we will definitely be using Sockeye Home to assists us.”
