Over the years I have worked for CG&S I have always been amazed at the quality of design and meticulous attention to detail that I see. They are precise, punctual and always do what is best for the project and the client. I do believe that honesty and the drive to satisfy the client is what has taken them to the top of their game. Many times as a landscaper I am the last person on site. During the project I get to know the clients and spend a lot of time working with them on the details of the landscape, after all the dust has settled, I can say with all honesty that the clients are always happy and in love with their new home or remodel.”

“Gregory Thomas designed and oversaw the remodeling of my kitchen, the Corvallis Blue Kitchen as seen in his projects. He listened well and understood what I wanted, helping me refine my ideas and blend them with his. His design changed the kitchen without changing the footprint which shortened the job. Work started and was finished on schedule. While things such as under counters drawers for china storage will allow me to age more gracefully in place, that the new kitchen functions well is topped by the beauty of the space. Photos can be seen in his projects.”

“I was searching for a builder for a little (not tiny) house when I found Reclaimed Space. Tracen, Mackey and their team designed and built a home for me using timbers from a 150 yr.-old Kentucky barn, corrugated steel from an old Texas silo, and beautiful reclaimed pine floors. The house also has custom tile and new cabinetry that achieved the clean, contemporary aesthetic I was looking for. The Reclaimed Space folks have been great to work with and I LOVE my new home.”

“Austin Design and Build Solutions were hired as my general contractor at Zeta Tau Alpha sorority when I was the house director. They were outstanding in finding and correcting problem areas in the house which resulted in cost savings. After dealing with independent contractors over the years, it was a relief to have a company that I could call on anytime, day or night, which is essential when operating a house with the needs of 50 plus college girls. They were professional, on-time and most impressive, cost effective. That summer they were selected to oversee a summer project for Zeta which included installing water sprinklers for the house and a brand new security system. Since Zeta is registered as a historical property, to even begin the project, Austin Design and Build Solutions had to make countless trips to the City to get the required permits to allow construction. That was a monumental task in itself. This project had to be done within a two-month period when the house was closed over summer break. Not only did they finish the project well within the two-month period, but also at a considerable cost savings. I have gladly recommended Austin Design and Build Solutions to the other sorority houses where they continue to "be the best on campus". As a house director it is a relief to me to work with a company that is very conscious of the needs of these wonderful houses.”
