“We hired Nick and Paul at Raylian to lead a tricky 550 m2 office conversion into residential space in a prime location central Chiswick. Along with the practice personal creative skills I was very impressed by their technical know how. The teams knowledge of building regulations, local authority planning requirements and technical building skills saved me a substantial amount in architects fees and it was comforting to experience their confidence when addressing the builders and trades and the respect they attracted. The creative design planning stage and specification for finishes and furnishings was professional and stress free. It was great to have a designer sketch their ideas while explaining their thoughts. Discussing ideas in 3D is a real advantage. Given the licence to express themselves they came up with some really great ideas. Project management was equally important, especially with all the H&S requirements attached to the industry these days. I also felt once the budget was approved they made a good effort to protect it right through to completion. Raylian are a one stop shop for any size of residential project and I am happy to give them a 5 star review. AW. Chiswick.”

“Daron and the team did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the very first meeting, he set realistic expectations, and showed his knowledge, experience and expertise. He gave a competitive quote, and was careful not to over-promise and under-deliver. The quality of the work was above what we expected, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we were happy, even going the extra mile by, for example, painting additional spaces for consistency. The job was a complete first floor refurb after a devastating fire and we were vulnerable and in shock. Daron’s calm and professional approach was reassuring, and the communication was regular, clear and excellent (we lived offsite). The work was completed ahead of schedule. The neighbours also praised how tidy, polite and cooperative the whole team at PD&B were. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.”

“I whole heartedly recommend Highline Design & Build. Having been let down last minute by my builder, Justin and Dan stepped in to undertake my garage conversion. Their quote was provided expediently and was very competitive. From the outset, every member of the team was professional, polite and trustworthy as well as patient with a very demanding client! Justin and Dan were happy to accommodate any changes without fuss and took on additional landscape works including new driveway and piers without any delay to the program. The workmanship of all trades was excellent and I am very happy with the results. I will certainly be using Highline Design & Build for future projects.”

“I viewed the renovated property on the market (for sale) and was impressed with the quality of the workmanship and finish in the rooms. The additional rooms were a good size and in keeping with the rest of the house. The kitchen layout maximised cupboard space but still created a light and airy space. The bathrooms were finished to a high standard. I would highly recommend this team for your project.”

“Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.”

“From the first meeting to the last snagging session Jake from Maplecroft Construction has been professional, and really helpful. We had the rear of our home ( conservatory, utility room and kitchen) rebuilt and fixed seating constructed in the courtyard with a planter trough. The project was planned and work completed within budget and timescale to a very high standard. This included all surveying, building control, solving draining issues and full electrical certification.”
