“The guys at Pacific Coast are super friendly and worked really fast. My wife and I had our 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodeled. Clint was very helpful and offered a lot of good ideas. He was very considerate about working within our budget. As work was underway we had a few hiccups, as you would expect with a project of this size. Our project manager JJ was always willing to make it right. Never argued or gave us any attitude. He often smiled, agreed with us, and said "we'll take care of it". By the end of our project we felt like we were friends with these guys. More than once JJ reiterated "hey, we are homeowners too man". Ultimately, real honest and professional outfit. In a world of general contractor horror stories, its really refreshing to see a group of hardworking guys like this still exists.”

“We recently worked with Mike Garza to design and ultimately build our new home. Initially, we worked with him only on the design phase and were amazed at how he was able to take our meager scribbles and drawings of the ideas in our minds, and transform them into a house plan that was exactly what we had envisioned. His understanding of proportion, sight lines and light is exceptional and he was able to incorporate each of those aspects where it mattered most. After leaving a previous contractor in disappointment, we were delighted to know that Elevate Design+Construct would also be able to build our home for us as well.
Having confidence in knowing that the architect who designed the house was now going to be building it, we were relieved by how much Mike understood our needs to build a robust house for three small boys and two puppies. And, he did exactly that. Now, after living in the house for two months, it feels like us. It was made for us.

The owner, Joel, was insightful during the planning and design phases, taking the time to meet me and discuss any questions or requests I had. He had great ideas and was able to plan well, also having given advice on living areas that I would not have thought about.
During construction, the Bakken Design Build staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no problems with me stopping by the project site to asking questions or just checking out the work. Design or material choices were always offered with dollar amounts, preventing surprises.
Overall, this company was a pleasure to work with, taking the project from start to completion. I've been living in the home for several months now, and it's a lovely place to be. The design aesthetics often get complements from passerby's and neighbors.”
