“JoJo helped me select furniture for my formal living space. There were several things I wanted--a place for books and a desk, as well as seating. I was very happy with the way she helped me divide up the long room. She offered us 3 furniture options, and we picked the one that best matched our style. There was absolutely no pressure, but she did help us move the project forward and saved us time furniture shopping. If we'd tried to do it on our own, it would have taken ages, and we just don't have that kind of time, AND we would have ended up with furniture that would quickly look dated. The look she gave us was midcentury modern, and it goes great with our home. We are extremely happy with the final product and with her reasonable rates. There were no surprise expenses. We understood the costs at every step of the way, and JoJo kept everything within the budget and offered affordable options at every step.”

“I'm guessing there are two major types of people who write reviews: Those who are very pleased, and those who are pissed off. Fortunately for my wife and me, we are VERY pleased with Incredible Renovations! These folks are professional through-and-through. For example: (1) They know how to deliver a GREAT renovation, and to do so, they work with you carefully, and they work with contractors they trust. They are communicative start-to-finish (forgot something? tell them! need to follow up after the job is done? give them a call!). (2) We have used Incredible Renovations to renovate our master bathroom, our bedroom, our hallway and study, our trim around windows, and now our driveway and security gate and fence. We are thrilled with both the process and the result. (3) If anything deviates from the original plan (and you are unrealistic if you think there will be zero wrinkles in a big construction project!), they will be professional, honest, quick, and friendly in handling those issues to your ultimate satisfaction. Incredible Renovations has won many awards for their work. But like all businesses, they depend on word of mouth as essential. Incredible Renovations has developed a relationship with us -- we are not treated like a number (or a check) -- and so they have EARNED our loyalty and respect through their dedication to us and our projects. “We wanted to add on extra space to the house that we had previously renovated. We met Carlos from Ulloa designs, and as he is an Architect and builder , we were soon into the addition of about 1000 sq ft. The permitting was handled efficiently, as was the execution of all the design requests. There were a few issues with the HOA in our sub-division but that was also managed well by the builder. The final result is an interesting living room space,and a bedroom and bathroom. We would, and have, recommended Carlos to many people. He is helpful, artistic, and efficient. What more could you ask for?!”
