“I’ve had the privilege and pleasure to work with Vince DeFreitas and Silver Develpers for quite a few years. We have collaborated on a variety of unique, high end residences. “We are thrilled we hired Beth and Michael to design a renovation/addition. From day one they listened to our needs, immediately made design suggestions, and instilled in us a sense of confidence in their experience. Since then they delivered an amazing design with thoughtful suggestions for materials and energy efficiency. They continue to be open to revisions and helping us discover what it is we are ultimately wanting in our new spaces. Michael and Beth will not be building our project but they will act as consultants to help us select a builder to build a high quality project at a reasonable cost. They sat in on one meeting so far with a prospective builder and their experience shined through immediately. Beth presented the design concept and communicated our vision while Michael shared the nuts and bolts of the construction details. After the meeting we knew their role in the next phase of the project is invaluable. They are definitely looking out for our best interests. “The Corbett's are a father and son business who listen. Working with Barry closely we were able to develop a layout that we loved for our remodel. I was very involved and specified most of the items I wanted. Barry listen and implemented my ideas in a 3 D model that allowed us to virtually walk around our Project David is the project manager and son of Barry's. David is so connected with expert craftsman in the area. My husband and I really appreciate how they worked with us. We loved the end results our home is beautiful and won several design and construction awards in 2011”

“We hired Arsitecht to handle a small job. Or at least what seemed like a minor project, namely replacing a pair of exterior home doors. The doors this company replaced were the ones leading from the garage to the kitchen and from the garage to outside. Our home is 50-years-old and the original doors were in place. This meant that there were copious amounts of rotted wood that required replacement. Also, the doors were not up to spec, which meant certain fire mitigating practices were required, including using fire block insulating foam. Mr. Fruritch, the owner of the company, explained the changes as well as other recommendations, therefore we agreed upon these details. Mr. Frurtitch found the doors we needed at The Home Depot, although it wasn’t easy – one store had just one door, therefore he traveled to a neighboring town to secure the two doors, hardware, and other supplies. Throughout the project, Mr. Fruritch communicated clearly what he was doing and made changes based on a few things we requested. Upon completion of the work, we examined what was done and can say that we are completely satisfied with the quality of work, professionalism, and timeliness. We plan to use Arsitecht for a future home improvement project. His work is excellent and the cost of the project was reasonable.”

As a designer, it was wonderful to work with someone who kept a clean site, a meticulous schedule, and who's subs were always polite and respectful.
