“Smart Design helped us with design and install, removing a large old gravel based driveway, and replacing with concrete. They also designed a new entryway and back patio for us. “I thought that finding an honest contractor who follows through with what they promise would be impossible but decided to take the chance with Essential and finally do my first renovation. I was very nervous at first but the contractor Peter was extremely patient and was with me every step of the way. His team which included a talented designer put together a picture perfect kitchen, powder bathroom and master bedroom bathroom. I was blown away by the attention to detail and if you’re looking for a wonderful experience limiting your stress level for such a major project then Peter and his team are a great fit.”

“I highly and without reservation recommend Mr. Gregory Sforza of Done Right Remodeling for any home improvement job you may require. He is talented in a variety of home improvement specialties including carpentry, installations, and demonstrates a completely accurate interpretation of a customer's ideas for a given project. He maintains a list of professionals who perform jobs within related specialties including electricians, plumbers and painters, for example. His estimates are fair, and there are no hidden costs. If extra materials are required he discusses this beforehand with the customer as the need arises so you are well-aware and may consent or decline extra materials or labor. He and his coworkers clean up the work area at the end of each day and are never " no shows", which is a common issue with other contractors I used in the past. When you've hired Done Right Remodeling you've made an educated choice.”

My husband and I contracted them for a large project in 2010 which was completed in a timely manner, on budget, and done very well. Caleb was available every step of the way to answer questions and solve any problems that arose. The staff who worked on our project were friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up when they left for the day. We will definitely call Center Island for any future projects.”

“Pulatani Builders transformed my outdated ( at the time of purchase ) Hell’s Kitchen loft into my “forever home.” Alex and his team went above and beyond as far as craftsmanship is concerned , and what’s more impressive is that my building’s super actually got along great with him and his team as well. This was largely because of the standards they maintain as far as dust and protection of common spaces is concerned. A+ job , happy to endorse and recommend them for any renovations in NYC.”
