“My design + build firm had a chance to collaborate on a project with IIIAD recently and I couldn't have been more impressed with the high level of professionalism, creativity and integrity they displayed. Also notable was their admirable work ethic and careful consideration when problem solving. In particular, the firm's owner, Jono Query, has an amazing breadth and depth of experience and knowledge. He is extremely dedicated to his work, fiercely creative and his attention to detail is unmatched. He is a professional's professional. You need only look closely at finish details in pictures of his work here on houzz or at his website to appreciate this. Many architects don't manage their own building - because Jono does, I believe his sense of design and construction inform each other, making him extremely well-suited to creating the kind of considered spaces I know his clients value him for. I would recommend IIIAD wholeheartedly to both homeowners and industry pros considering working with them.”

“My husband and I have worked with Samantha Grose for the past 1-1/2 years during a whole house remodel plus addition. We both highly recommend her as someone who is very responsive, pleasant and knowledgeable in many areas and just an absolute gem to work with. She takes the time to get to know your personal sense of style, likes and dislikes and guides you in decisions without imposing her own will on you. She is just plain helpful when you are faced with what could be a daunting task. It takes talented, goal-oriented leadership with a proven plan to complete a remodel project on time. JP&Co follows what for them is almost a “cookie cutter” process that moves the project along at a comfortable pace…delivering the remodeled home back to the owners when promised. It takes skilled artisans and craftsmen who, taking pride in their work, produce a completed remodel project that is almost breath- taking, for the home owners. “I contacted Jim Hewitt via The Conservatory Crafftsmen website. He called me promptly and asked me to send pictures of the sunroom I wanted to replace. He then gave me a ball park estimate which was very reasonable. Next he came to my house and measured what needed to be done. We spent time discussing options and he gave me a timeline. Jim's estimate was accurate as was his time line. Our inconvenience was minimal. We enjoyed the time that he and Cam were on site, despite the active construction. The materials and workmanship are outstanding. Their ptofessionalism is unsurpassed. Carole and I have been complimented by all who have seen our new room. Bob Wright”

“I the owner of the "Maple Hill" home in the Access Design profile. I have now worked with Jeannine from Access Design on multiple projects in two houses, and have been thrilled with the results every time. Jeannine's skills are far reaching as she has completed several types of projects for us: designed built-in cabinetry, made interior and exterior color selections, designed the layout of our kitchen/dining/entertaining area, coordinated the creation of custom drapery and window treatments, and helped select many finishes such as flooring, tile, countertops, lighting, furniture, wallpaper and accessories. She also worked hard to collaborate with me on design ideas/choices, and did a great job in my house incorporating our current furniture pieces into our new design. Jeannine is easy (and fun!) to work with, is reliable and has excellent communication skills. I would highly recommend Access Design for your next home improvement project.”

“We would highly recommend Pillar Homes to build or remodel a home. We had our home built by Pillar Homes in 2011, and have been satisfied on all accounts- from the design process, to the build, and follow-up once we moved in. We were able to express our ideas and visions, and Pillar helped us shape them into reality. They listened carefully to our needs, but still allowed us to direct the creative process. A healthy home and environmentally responsible build were also high priorities, and a big reason we chose Pillar Homes and KC Chermak. The experience was fluid and surprisingly lacking in stress. In addition, we built our home while living in another state, and the Pillar team made it all work.”
