“We wanted to add on extra space to the house that we had previously renovated. We met Carlos from Ulloa designs, and as he is an Architect and builder , we were soon into the addition of about 1000 sq ft. The permitting was handled efficiently, as was the execution of all the design requests. There were a few issues with the HOA in our sub-division but that was also managed well by the builder. The final result is an interesting living room space,and a bedroom and bathroom. We would, and have, recommended Carlos to many people. He is helpful, artistic, and efficient. What more could you ask for?!”

“I was able to assist Caroline @ Designer Details LLC in various of her projects and had the opportunity to visit her project sites while the work was going on. She let me be a part of the project and took advantage of my expertise in benefiting her clients. I love the way she made me feel how professional and responsible she is when it comes to her clients requirements and how assertive and persistent she is to get the targets completed within the guidelines she has set up. Not only she got those projects completed but also every project became unique in its own design sense. I work with so many designers and help them and their clients with their Natural store and Porcelain tile needs but its always just an amazing experience working with Caroline and every time she involves me with her projects, I learn so much from her.
