“I engaged Tim Stevens for a complete kitchen remodel in our 1920's home. As well as a remodel, we needed foundation work. The project came in on budget and only a bit longer than planned due to a setback with some tile changes and an issue with the granite installer. But both issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I have already recommended him to several friends that were very impressed with his deign and workmanship.”
