They are very professional and even went as far as taking us to a few of their project homes to show us the quality of work and some past successes. “We have the distinction of living in the first home Ben designed, and we’ve been in it for 10 years now. Faced with the thrilling prospect of being able to build a house, quickly collided with indecision; exciting possibilities vs. economics. Ben had the patience to design three totally different floor plans, and worked honestly with us through the realities of each design, keeping in mind our limited budget. We built on family land across the river from the house I grew up in, and could not be happier with the outcome. We absolutely owe it all to Ben for making our dream come true. “In 2004 we began an adventure with Timberland Homes in Auburn. Our salesperson was Don Shelton. We wanted to replace a 65 year old family cabin on Whidbey Island. Don and the design team help us decide on features and kept reminding us that the plans we had chosen were changeable and flexible. They welcomed us whenever we showed up to check out the progress on our home, answered our questions and held our hands when needed. We were so happy with the home, we retired 5 years earlier than planned to live in it full time! We also contacted Timberland again in 2011 to have a second, smaller home built for my husband's 98 year old mother, on property adjacent to ours. Another great experience from beginning to setting the house on the foundation! We would recommend them highly without reservation to anyone.”

“I worked with Ben and his company on my rooftop deck. The project was amazing, from the first blueprint, to the planning and the execution of the build out, Ben is exceptionally talented. We have since done a couple more phases (additional lighting and back side of the deck build out), I don't have anybody come up on my rooftop without being blown away. I highly recommend London-i.”

“As a sub-contractor for Neu Construction, Inc. we appreciate the process of a remodeling project. Once the schedule is set the process stays pretty much on schedule. Initially, we worked with him only on the design phase and were amazed at how he was able to take our meager scribbles and drawings of the ideas in our minds, and transform them into a house plan that was exactly what we had envisioned. His understanding of proportion, sight lines and light is exceptional and he was able to incorporate each of those aspects where it mattered most. After leaving a previous contractor in disappointment, we were delighted to know that Elevate Design+Construct would also be able to build our home for us as well.
