“I have used Odd Fellows Contracting at least five times in the last ten years. I have even recommended them to my parents. Odd Fellows has always had experienced professionals do my jobs, the people have been friendly and take pride in their work. They do a great job of cleaning up during and after the job. The jobs they have done have been, dig out and redo a crawl space; redo two bathrooms; replace a outside wall and place new flooring down; repair a garage roof as well as replace sections of a covered walkway roof and place new supports for the walkway. My parents were very pleased with the basement ceiling and lighting that was done for them. Odd Fellow is my go to contractor. (the date and cost is for the last project they did for me.)”

“R. L. Rider Co. worked with me to remodel the living room, dining room, bedroom, and kitchen of my 1870s farmhouse. This included redoing walls, adding crown moldings, moving a doorway, matching bead board, and a complete kitchen gut remodel (including design services). The work is absolutely stunning. I would not have believed the result had I not lived through the process, which they made as smooth as possible. Constant communication. I highly, highly recommend this contractor and would never use anybody else.”

“We are delighted with the addition and improvements Steve Norman of MasterWorks Fine Home Renovations made to our home. We had the basic ideas about what we wanted to do which we reviewed with Steve. He worked with us to further develop our ideas, then provided architectural renderings of what we had collaborated on. The design was beautiful and perfectly matched the both the style of our home and those in our neighborhood. After making a few minor tweaks we finalized the designs (as there were three separate aspects to our home redo ) and budgets. MasterWorks then began deconstructing and reconstructions portions of our home. The final results which MasterWorks produced are spectacular. Great execution and attention to detail. We especially found Steve's incremental and timely suggestions and advice about when and what to decide upon regarding interim necessities such as doors, windows, screening, hardware, flooring, paint colors, lighting, et cetera helpful so we didn't feel overwhelmed with the magnitude of decisions we had to make. We are very pleased with the quality not just of the design but the workmanship as well. We're not the only ones who are delighted; our neighbors and even occasional passersby still frequently comment on how gorgeous our house looks. We love what MasterWorks did for us. We highly recommend that you consider them for your next home remodeling project.”

“My husband and I really enjoyed working with All Phase. They were professional, well organized, clean, and timely. We were first impressed with the detail summary of our project, which broke down every inch of the project and had all our requests we had talked about in person. We were also impressed with the communication within the company. We emailed with Heather and Lyle, but communicated at times with the onsite foreman, Mike, and we found they kept each other in the loop, along with the other specialties (electricians, drywall, painters etc). We always felt like everyone was on the same page at all times. Everyone kept the work sight clean, and showed up exactly when they said they would. They were detailed focused, which my husband and I appreciated. We found when we asked a question they usually already had the answer or were already trying to figure out the answer for us. They kept to the original estimate of the project also. Overall, we were very happy working with them and would highly recommend All Phase Remodeling for any project.”
