“We hired Nick and Paul at Raylian to lead a tricky 550 m2 office conversion into residential space in a prime location central Chiswick. Along with the practice personal creative skills I was very impressed by their technical know how. The teams knowledge of building regulations, local authority planning requirements and technical building skills saved me a substantial amount in architects fees and it was comforting to experience their confidence when addressing the builders and trades and the respect they attracted. The creative design planning stage and specification for finishes and furnishings was professional and stress free. It was great to have a designer sketch their ideas while explaining their thoughts. Discussing ideas in 3D is a real advantage. Given the licence to express themselves they came up with some really great ideas. Project management was equally important, especially with all the H&S requirements attached to the industry these days. I also felt once the budget was approved they made a good effort to protect it right through to completion. Raylian are a one stop shop for any size of residential project and I am happy to give them a 5 star review. AW. Chiswick.”

“Design'd Living completely refitted our study, with new floor, cupboards, shelving and a custom desk fitted into a bay window. The quality of the work was exceptional & great attention was paid to the smallest of details. The oak veneered worktop was fitted perfectly to the bay, without the use of any sealant - particularly impressive. We have received numerous compliments from friends and other professionals. Design'd Living subsequently remodelled a section of our kitchen with new units that were indistinguishable from the existing, The walls were retiled and new eye-level appliances fitted. We would have no hesitation using them for other projects in our house.”

“Lisa helped us with the refurbishment of a 2 bedroom Flat. Not only she brought a unique and expert angle on how to optimise the space but was very considerate and took on board the things we felt strongly about. She went above and beyond to get the project done right for us and I could not be any more grateful. The end result is stunning and was all done on a very high quality and in a very good time frame. “From our first meeting with ‘the Nicks’ we were immediately struck with their enthusiasm and insight into our project. We were impressed with the time and dedication they showed in producing a very well laid out and costed specification based on our initial plan. They are very particular paying careful attention to detail and have built up an excellent team of skilled contractors who all worked to an extremely high standard. They managed to work around us, whilst we continued living in the property, ensuring that we had basic services available at all times - much appreciated in the winter months. During the build Nick Turner was onsite to supervise, and otherwise, was quick to respond to email and texts and kept us informed of any delay or snags. Nick Crick (Customisation King) proposed practical solutions to any problems that arose and they were both particular in leaving the site immaculate at the end of the project. They proved flexible and always listened to our requirements producing a superb end result. “Matthew and the team did a fabulous job of providing us the solution to our needs, Rustic chic i call it! a 3.6 m x 1.5m island (not possible in other materials) shuttered and poured in situe a choice of colours texture and finish we went for hand trowled matt henley buff as pictured. Has not yet failed to impress anyone who walks through the door, with 2 nearby neighbours planning the same for their own kitchens! The tops are sealed so spillages don't stain, and such a lovely surface to work on. This is by far the best value worktop that works and looks great. thanks Morris Designs cant recommend you highly enough, great communication too and pride in your work!”

“Wow! Kelly has given us some much more than a home, rather we have a multitude of spaces where we can relax, escape, socialise, cook, entertain, sleep, and play. We love it and the kids adore it. It's way beyond anything we would have been capable of doing and everyone who sees it gets house-envy! And it was so stress-free, everything was on time, and somehow from our brief of a few picture ripped from a magazine, Kelly has created a kid-proof, beautiful, unique and high-end design on an 'IKEA-like' budget. We just hope she doesn't get too booked up so she still has time to come and do our London house as well!”
