“These guys hands down are one of the best contractors in bucks county and surrounding area. The 1st project they did for me was 4 years ago when I got my restaurant done with them in Philadelphia. They are very professional and finished the job within the time promised. A year ago I hired them again for another restaurant. It was a breeze. They worked within my budget to get it up and running without any setbacks. Andrew and his crew is amazing and very professional. If you need anything done don't hesitate to contact them. They provided suggestions & guidance when needed; met all deadlines as promised; were neat & courteous throughout the duration of the project; were very detail-oriented and great problem-solver and proved to be very resourseful. Additionally, after the project was completed, they were readily available for any follow-up issues/questions that arose and they resolved them in a timely manner. “Sovereign Construction recently did some work on our new home including replacing carpet with hardware, installing granite counter tops and piping propane to our new range. Everything was extremely well done. The work started when Steve said it would, all surprises were dealt with quickly and we weren't hit with any change orders we didn't specifically ask for. We've already started another list of items for Sovereign to work on. I'd recommend Sovereign to anyone looking for help from small projects to large additions.”

“Steuber Architectural Craftsman, Inc. has done several projects for us, each of which has been of the highest quality. The largest project involved transforming a former attached garage (which had previously been converted by a former owner into a dark and unattractive family room in the 1960s) into a stunning family room with a new direct vent gas fireplace, authentic colonial paneling, a new French door built through a stone wall and random width oak floors with radiant heat. This was not a mere cosmetic transformation, but involved gutting the entire space. The project required significant construction to level surfaces, add the new French door and handle associated stonework, install all new electrical work as well as new plumbing for the radiant heat in addition to producing and installing the colonial millwork and cabinetry. This is now our favorite room in the house. We strongly endorse Steuber Architectural Craftsman, Inc. Sean Steuber and his chief assistant Arthur are master craftsmen. We have been very pleased with the quality of their work and look forward to working with them again in the future.”
