“Altierra Builders LLC (specifically Slawek Lesny and his crew) did a fantastic job repairing my condo after water damage. They specifically did flooring, drywall, trim work, and painting. Slawek worked well with the building, was timely, helpful, communicative and met all of my expectations. I was managing this project/water damage from afar, and Slawek took care of every last detail. The finished product is beautiful, down to every last detail. Thank you so much!”

“I've worked with ABL over the last 5 years on a number of projects in 3 homes, and I have referred them without reservation to family and friends, both of whom proceeded and hired ABL to complete the work in their homes. They are courteous, professional and complete in their approach to a project. Prompt to arrive, they leave a clean home behind, and come in on budget. Specific projects I've hired them for include: kitchen remodel (install can lights, build pantry, install dishwasher, reface cabinets and paint existing boxes in place, paint wrought iron fence, remove/install replacement windows, investigate a possible leak/spot treat mold/rebuild soffit/reinstall cabinets.”

Manuel is a consummate professional keeping us in the "loop" on all updates and movement of the buildings via their online project website. “The kitchen Bogdan created for us is the prettiest kitchen I have ever had. I just pinch myself that it is ours, and that I get to cook in it every day. We live in a 1902s vintage condominium that has some beautiful details, and he created a kitchen as gracious as the property deserves. He helped us with the design, he listened to our wants and needs and helped us find the finishes, and even when he ran into a challenge (every single wall was cement) he never made us feel like anything was a problem. As we changed our mind on things, and added on air conditioning, and then a bathroom redo, he kindly performed beautiful work. His team was wonderful to have in our home- even taking care of our elderly dog when he needed it. This was just all so.....easy. And the results so beautiful. As Bogdan once told us, being good isn't enough. He wanted the work he did to be perfect. And we think it is.”
