“The best company ever! Everyone, from the owner Jon Roberts, to our project manager and the subcontractors are anxious to help you realize your dreams. Communication skills are excellent and since this is the fourth house we've either built or remodeled, we should know. The goal of the company is to help you visualize what the house will look like, your options, how it will set on the lot, and what finishes would look best for the type of house you are building and your budget. Everyone connected to the project have been respectful and idea-filled.”

“We are a military family that contracted with Strandberg from outside the state to build our home. They were very prompt with all inquires and always replied with answers to our questions concerning our build before our agreed upon timeline. We received updated status pictures and they were very honest and true to point with regards to pricing. Since moving in the home, it is better than expected and Strandberg stays committed to their customers with an issues you may incur. I would use them to build another home and highly recommend them to both family and close friends.”

“Jeff Sellentin, the owner and architect, worked with us from the initial stages of developing what we wanted to do and how much we wanted to spend to coming up with a final plan that took both into account, and finally, construction. The goal was to add living space, an extra bedroom/office and revamp our entry. Prior to the addition (left side of the outdoor photo), our house looked like it stopped abruptly. With the addition it looks much better and we love the front porch. Our was a relatively small addition of 500sf that enabled us to create a completely open space on the main floor of our late 70s tri-level home (entry, dining, kitchen and living area). We wanted to work with someone who was flexible enough to allow us to do some of the work ourselves in order to cut down on the cost and Jeff was very accommodating. We hired Jeff to go from design through finished drywall and have been working on the rest ourselves (please note that the kitchen, which is not pictured, is still unfinished but that's on our to do list, not Jeff's!). We're very pleased with the results and have had lots of compliments from friends and family about how comfortable it feels. Like most construction projects, it took longer than expected, and cost a little more than expected, but it is well built and we expect to enjoy our new space for many years to come.”

“Gary Whitcomb's work in our home was relaxed because he took care of everything! I was undecided on a wall paint color, trying many combinations and painting swatches on the wall. Nothing seemed to work, as I had a pre-determined color in my mind. One afternoon, I came home to see that Gary had simply added more white to a certain color and voila! It was perfect. His crew were always on time, their work was quality, down to the detail in the baseboards! I just told him my ideas, and he went with it! There were no hassles, no surprises, and no messes to clean up after the last truck left. All I was left with, was a beautiful bathroom! Thank you Gary and thank you to your crew of excellent craftsmen!”

“Lex Morgan and Noel Carey built my home while I was 10000 miles away in Europe. Everyone said I was crazy not to be there, but my wife and I felt very comfortable with these two professionals. They went the extra mile to ensure that we communicated and that all our options were considered. The process included site preparation, grading, surveys, a septic system and a well. Everything was done professionally, cordially ... and exact to specification.
