“I would highly recommend Rigsby Group, Inc. They remodeled our kitchen dinette area and did an excellent job. At the start of our project, owner, Tim Rigsby gave us a very detailed outline of projected costs and deadlines. While the project was in progress, we received weekly emails updating us on the work that would be completed along with the specific days and times workers would be at our home. Tim made regular visits to the job site to make sure the work was being completed accurately and on time. Everyone was professional and courteous. Our experience was very positive. The job was completed on schedule and there were no hidden costs or surprises. We love our new kitchen! Joe and Carrie H.”

“I had looked for a service provider to address some maintainance issues at my home but never thought of this firm since they seemed to be oriented toward larger projects. well, I was wrong. They provide all sorts of services including "handyman" sorts of work. The beauty of what they do is they bring the big project skill and professionalism to even the smallest task. Needless to say I consider them a "go to" resource for all my home projects.”

“The NJK team tore our old kitchen out to the studs and created a beautiful, functional new space for cooking and eating. We love it and would recommend Not Just Kitchens to anyone. Jeff is a superb general contractor, and every phase of our project was very well organized. He guided us toward good kitchen design and high-quality materials. He was quick to respond to our concerns and requests. He also made sure our project was completed down to the last detail. Michelle's great interior design sense helped us make good choices. Her computer wizardry enabled us to visualize our new kitchen as the project progressed. She, too, was quick to answer questions when they arose. Subcontractors were all highly skilled, punctual, and considerate. Clearly, every member of the NJK team was carefully chosen. They were all really nice people, and we are delighted to have become part of the NJK 'family.'”

“This past fall we completely gutted and remodeled our bathroom with TDS Custom Construction, and had a great experience with them throughout the entire project. We interviewed and received bids from four contractors, and while all of the bids were more or less the same, TDS was by far the most thorough in both their understanding of the project and their project delivery method. I have had on occasion less than ideal experiences with contractors given my line of work (architecture) and was in all honestly hoping for the best but bracing for the worst with this project, but TDS (project manager, lead carpenter, green energy advisor and office manager) and all of their subs were professional, considerate and willing to go the extra mile to make the project a huge success. As much as living through a remodeling project can be challenging, we are looking forward to working with TDS again.”

“Aspen Homes recently remodeled our kitchen. The end result is beautiful - better than we had imagined! I can't say enough about how easy they made the process. We gutted the kitchen, removed a load bearing wall that separated the kitchen from the dinning room - buried the header in the ceiling so it does not look like a remodel. We converted part of the dining room into a mud room with ample storage. We had to have windows removed and a new size added so we had to try and match the siding outside. We have wood floors inside that also had to be matched. There were so many little details i hadn't considered. Now, the amazing part... it was done in 4 weeks! Aspen did an incredible job of scheduling and lining up all of the contractors to complete this project. Everyone was great to work with, pleasant and they cleaned the worksite thoroughly every night. I can't say enough good things! Fantastic job Aspen Homes.”

“Lori Jolin is creative and great with making white walls and and a 17 year generic old kitchen/ living room into a colorful, unique/modern, industrial, display. She reinvented original oak cabinets into bright color/glossed coating, with stainless steel doors. The floors are a rough sand tile, replacing hickory pergo style flooring in the kitchen and dining area. The bar was wrapped in stainless steel and she tiled the back splash with stainless steel and multiple colored tiles. The counter is a blue and quartz recycled material. The living room has a new multiple green tile fire place. The walls throughout the house are bright colors. New lighting and furniture was added. The rooms are artistic and fun! We think her company is great and are continuing to work with her presently. Thanks Ms. Jolin. She is not only a fantastic designer, she is our friend!”

“My company has had the good fortune to work Architectural Homes by Anders for over a decade. During that time I've seen Dale Kolbeck and his staff successfully complete many projects. I'm a big fan of Dale's work, specifically his designs. I've been in the construction business for a long time and I have worked in some magnificent homes, Dale and Architectural Inc. have designed and built my favorite home to date. This house was well conceived, well constructed, and finished out great.. There's a lot to be said when you can take a simple form and make it into some great, and that's exactly what Dale did with this house. A great architect, designer, and builder. Highly recommended...
