“MBR remodeled a 1963 home for me in Sept. 2013. They replaced a full bath, a half bath and a kitchen as well as painted and patched, repaired electrical and plumbing issues, and landscaped the front and back yards. The house sold the first week on the market at almost full asking price. George Kall is a real professional with lots of experience. He ran the project in a way that required very little from me, which was wonderful, as I was not living in the property and could not come by often to check on the progress. He addressed any problems very promptly. He made excellent suggestions when I was unsure of a direction to take. He called in a roofer, a plumber, an electrician, and painters. He also dealt with a cranky neighbor quite well. The only negative was I lost an expensive Miele vacuum cleaner - it disappeared during the remodeling and MBR was not able to find out where it went.”

“Very professional team starting from the sales representative to the installers. We went from an almost non-usable space because of the heat from the sun to a large outdoor space. This pergola is built to last with hardly any maintenance. Would definitely recommend Dream Design Construction.”

“Construction Solutions completed three projects for me within a four year period. The first was to dismantle and rebuild a water-logged tub surround. They replaced the window with glass blocks for privacy and a sliding screen window for ventilation. Although it has been four years, it still looks like new. only a little touch up on the window has been necessary. the second and third were completed two years ago. one was laying down paving stones for a patio with a walkway; the other was replacing windows with a customized bay and window seat. I have been very pleased with the results. My older children enjoy drinking their coffee every morning semi reclined in the sunlight.”

“We had a full renovation with our home and it was a massive undertaking by our standards. Martin helped in answering all of our questions, giving us plenty of time to consider all of our options. The work included, a new kitchen, bathroom, wood floors, recessed lighting, media connections, new closets, removing walls, crown molding, painting. The fact was, everything we had ultimately asked for was done to our exact specifications. Even when we messed up and told Martin the wrong type of tile in our bathroom, he went in and replaced it with what we wanted. I believe that Martin's communication with how we envisioned our renovation going was exceeded only by the work that he performed. Truly a great experience and we recommend TC design & Builders when you want any kind of work to get done.”

“Review for Jason Wolfe In 2017, my husband and I purchased a two bedroom condominium in Bethesda, MD. We were entirely new to the area with no knowledge as to skilled craftsmen available. At the recommendation of an interior designer Mr. Jason Wolfe was contracted to take this bare unit and turn it into a first class luxury apartment. I advised Mr. Wolfe as to my wishes/needs for the unit and to provide collection display suggestions for lighting, shelving, construction, and wall treatments. And at the same time incorporating our existing furniture and art work. Mr. Wolfe’s had unique suggestions for our Chinese antiques and the skill to construct two museum-quality display units. His construction ability coupled with a sense of design and a good eye, is impressive. In summary we were very pleased with the final product and recommend him without reservation.”

“We had a great experience working with the Team at Fairway Home Services (FHS) and Artisan Kitchen and Countertops. From the initial phone call, to the estimate, to the completed project, FHS is 100% customer focused. FHS completed a $50,000 basement remodel on time and on budget. (No easy feat when we made some changes mid project.) The craftsmanship throughout the project was Superb and the attentiveness of the Owner and Project Manager was first rate. Additionally, the experts at Artisan Kitchen and Countertops did an equally Superb job designing/laying out the cabinets and countertops. The compliments we have received on the overall project and specifically the locally made oak bar are too numerous to count. If you have a project in mind or are looking for a trustworthy company to do a remodel or build your custom home look no further than the Team at Fairway Home Services. You will not be disappointed by the relationships you develop or of the results of the project you have trusted the Team to complete. I cannot recommend FHS strongly enough.”
