This company used quality top of line products throughout the house. The workers were very professional, efficient, neat and clean. My whole house was completed in four weeks. “Medford Remodeling was recommended by a co-worker. I had them do the following to the downstairs area; replace Pergo and carpet with ceramic tile, replace the fire place surface with a new stone and accent glass tile, paint trim and doors, widen door opening from dining room to kitchen, and the best of all to tear out an old 1980's wet bar and replace it with a nice case to display my glass/ceramic art. I used a picture I found on Houzz as a recommendation for this area. I worked with the owner, Mike Sr. and Interior Designer, Stephanie, to decide on all the products and colors. I was very impressed with their expertise and guidance. I love the final results of the entire downstairs floor!”

“Rick and company did a complete redo of our kitchen-down to the studs in 2015. Opened up a wall between our eating area and our den and changed the location of 2 doorways to give us more cabinet space and a better 'flow' for entertaining. His subs were top notch and cleaned up well at the end of each day. We only had a couple of things that had to be corrected and this was done in a timely fashion. Our home is 80 years old and the necessary care was take when needed. Rick listens and makes good suggestions to improve your ideas. Budget was respected and met. In 2017 he added a large pergola over our patio that extends to our pool area .This is attached to out house so we didn't want just anyone drilling into our home. It is exactly what we wanted. We had a pretty good idea of how we wanted the pool to look and Colby made additional suggestions and revisions that were spot-on and really made a difference in the end result. From keeping us up to date on schedule, costs and materials- the communication was great and everything ran more smoothly than expected. We did not experience the delays, over-runs and mis-communications that many of our acquaintances warned us about with other pool builders. From start of construction to swimming- it was only about 60 days- phenomenal in today's market! They may not be able to replicate quite that speed every time, but I know Colby and Levi will do everything they can to get you swimming ASAP.”

“My husband & I are a young newly married couple who bought our first home in the North Dallas area back in 2010. When we purchased our classic 1950's ranch, we knew that the house would require remodeling but were not ready to tackle those large projects prior to move in. One & a half years later, in the summer of 2011, we decided that the 1st remodel would be our kitchen. The kitchen was original to the home with a very outdated floorplan, outdated wallpaper, appliances that sometimes worked, yellow formica counterops, old cabinetry that didn't even close all the way & not enough storage. Both my husband & I love to cook & entertain so we knew that a complete gut job of the kitchen was necessary. Since this was our first project, we researched extensively & interviewed 4 different contractors. Steve & Jenni Kasper of Kasper Custom Remodeling came highly recommended to us by a work colleague of mine so they were our first call. After first meeting Steve, I knew he was the one for our job. His professionalism, friendly manner & portfolio blew me away. Becuase he was the first contractor I met with, I did meet the other three all the while knowing that Kasper Custom Remodeling was the right fit. When we finally asked him to take our project on, it was smooth sailing from there. I had prepared an entire binder of magazine pictures, paint samples, floor plans etc. of how I dreamed our kitchen would look. Steve & Jenni graciosuly poured over my ideas & created a ktichen that still to this day gives me goosebumps when I walk in the door. I envisioned a space where both my husband & I could cook together, share meals at a large island, & enjoy a classic kitchen that complimented the style & decor of our home. When it came time to discuss numbers, Steve & Jenni provided the most detailed budget I had ever seen accompanied by drawings, renderings, project schedules & more. I was simplly blown away by their work process. The kitchen project from the first day of demolition to moving back in was approximatley 3 months which is exactly what Kasper Custom Remodeling predicted. Overall, we ripped out everything to the stubs, rearranged the entire kitchen layout, put down all new hardwood flooring, opened up the ktichen to our den for better flow, had all new cabinetry built, put in marble counterops (a must in my book), and created a huge island for entertaining, cooking & eating. I cannot say enough good things about Steve & Jenni Kasper. Their professionalism, communication, abitlity to stay on budget, stay on track with schedules & the trades that they partner with are simply the best. We had a really exceptional working experience with them. In fact, we are in the midst of our 2nd remodleing project that just started today. We are gutting our Master Bathroom & Kasper Custom Remodeling is taking care of this project for us as well.”
