“Leff Construction renovated our house, added on a sun room, built decks surrounding our house, changed the roofline because of the add on, and installed landscaping. They worked on our home, improving it from one end to the other, for over a year. During that time they showed up every day, provided top rate work, both from their construction crew and their sub contractors, and remained respectful and helpful throughout. The billing was clear and honest. Whenever something needed correcting (which was seldom), it was accomplished quickly and thoroughly. To attest to how much I respect Leff Construction, we have become good friends with Dave Leff, and I have served on a nonprofit board with him for several years. I know that's a rare and precious outcome from a house remodel. I continue to ask his company to do small jobs for us when they occur, and I recommend him highly to anyone undertaking construction or remodeling.”

“G Family Construction are nice people who are easy to talk to. They listened to my ideas and gave me some additional ideas which improved my plan. An additional window was installed and two French doors replaced old sliders and single door. Additional carpentry work for cabinets, etc. On the eⅹterior French drains were installed and a sump pump was installed in basement.”

They completed the extensive repairs we needed to several of our decks, remodeled our kitchen exactly the way I'd imagined it, and dealt with unexpected issues with grace and expediency. “We live in the Meadowridge house which we bought from Gary in 2000. He had designed and built the house in 1994. We had him add on to the house, converting the garage to another room and building a new garage. My wife and I love the house. In fact we are expanding again adding space to the garage and putting two bedrooms above the garage along with other changes. Gary had left the area so we are using another architect/builder. But we have continued his designs in the new addition. My comments refer to The original house and addition. The design is fantastic. The best attribute is the sky lights that run run the length of the house in both directions. These make the house what it is! The use of wood (aspen ceilings, vertical pine logs, sand blasted wood trim around the doors, etc.) and stone (entry way and some outside walls) give the house an outdoors feel inside. Several rooms/closets do not have doors giving an openness to the house. We love the vaulted ceilings leading up to the sky lights that emphasizes this openness. He also used interior windows to light up areas that would not receive sunlight. In short we love his architectural ideas as expressed in our house. We have lived in the house for 12 years and have had no structural issues in spite of heavy winter snows. -Cres Fleming”
