Pivot doors under the sink and a roll-out cabinet under the induction cooktop create leg room when needed. Plus the touch-activated faucet and low-mounted switches are great for everyone.”

“After finding a houseplan on Architectural Designs.com, we were connected with Eric Harmon, owner of Unlimited Options, Inc. to make the MANY changes needed to convert our plan from a "Low Country" design to a "Mountain / Hillside" plan. In the end our contract with them had 24 changes (big and small) including going from 2 x 4 construction to ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) and making the house handicap accessible, The plans didn't come with a material list so they were able to provide that as well. We worked directly with Eric and one of his designers, Jeremy. What a GREAT, professional team. They listened and truly "got it". They transformed the plans into exactly what we wanted. They offered suggestions, made revisions along the way and never once got impatient. We can hardly wait to get started.”
