“My husband and I worked with Michael O'Dea in 2001 to build our first home in the Forest Springs North subdivision in Louisville, KY. Michael accommodated our requests to make changes in the semi-custom that was already being built at the time of purchase. He has a keen eye for details which impressed us - For example, the color of the vinyl on the back side of the house did not match the color of the trim exactly and he made the crew redo the work. (Honestly, I'm not sure I would have even caught that but knowing that our builder did and made it right before we questioned it, assured us that we found the right builder.)”

“We hired this company to enclose our back porch, making it a sunroom with three sets of sliding glass doors leading to a large deck that was completed to meet our every detail. The work was exceptional and the workers were very professional. During the construction of this project we decided we wanted to build a 'workshop' on our property. We asked the contractor about adding another project and they were very happy to accommodate our request and completed the additional project within the timeframe for the original contract. We couldn't be happier with the excellent work that was done. We have been enjoying our sunroom, deck and workshop which exceeded all our expectations. The quality of workmanship was so superior that our home value increased an additional $15,000 over the projected improvements. Very Happy Customers!”
